Vanne

A city that is both beautiful and dangerous, Vanne is a warm and romantic location surrounded by wineries and wealthy ports. A town dedicated to commerce, most of the power resides with the merchant lords. There is very little military presence in Vanne, mainly because the town is protected by its aggressive trade deals and personal assassins of the merchant princes. The town is bordered by the sea on one side and the river Velabanchel on the other. The city is famed for its artisans and is full of sculptures and grand monuments.
